Wynne, Smith & Young congratulates John Hunter Smith on his recent faculty role at the Center for American and International Law’s Criminal Defense Trial Skills Course, a two-day, hands-on program designed to strengthen courtroom advocacy. Chaired by Mehr Singh and Keltin VonGonten, the course asked participants to work through a CSA fact pattern while honing essential trial skills. John—Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2008—joined an experienced faculty emphasizing preparation, ethics, and practical strategy for defending complex cases.
